Hello Friday and hello a brand new month, which has the potential to show us the first sign of warmer weather. I’m already enjoying the lighter evenings, the little bit of colour in fresh blooms and the promise of warmth.
This weeks Little Loves are Dance, Pancakes and Sleep.
Read
I started ‘The Life Changing Magic of not giving a F*ck’ by Sarah Knight.
I seem to be on the self help/real life/honest book path at the minute.
Easy relatable reading.
I’ve only read a few chapters but it’s making perfect sense right now!
Heard
Some lovely feedback from parents and students after our performance last week.
It was lovely to hear how everyone had so much fun, how they felt like they belonged, how they loved the day and can’t wait to do more.
Watched
A fab group of my students aged between 7-18yrs perform two dance pieces at our local big theatre. It was wonderful to see such a wide range of students build such a great bond over the last month of rehearsals and show some beautiful performances to the public. Days like last Sunday remind me why I love my job and this quote made me chuckle.
Pancakes of course! How do you have yours?
Sugar and lemon here though the Nutella did come out too!
Love this action shot, especially LB’s face.
Wore
Yesterday was world book day but LBs preschool is doing it today as well! So here is my gorgeous little boy as his favourite character the Frog from Oi Frog by Kes Gray and Jim Field.
A mish mash of green and the boy is happy!
And Lastly
P slept though the night-ok it was only once but the 2nd march saw an amazing day of sleep for him. 7pm-6.30pm (one dummy replacement), 8.30-11.30am and 1.45-3.45pm. I felt like a new woman! Then the next night he did 7pm-7am.
Woohoo!!
So pleased with how well your work and the performances are going, and what lovely feedback too. xx

It’s been really lovely and makes me remember why I do it all when sometimes I wonder why! X

I hope P continues to sleep well for you. It’s amazing how much better life can be for everyone with a few hours under the belt. It sounds like the week’s been full of great achievements! #LittleLoves

I know it cracked me up the hubby only let me post it because it blocked his face! You know what i used to forget all the time but you can be forgiven if you eat them enough already surely. Oh bless you i feel you-i’m still getting up to replace the dummy but to not have to feed means i’m feeling a bit better. Enjoy your weekend x
