Little Loves 2016 *No 2*

This week has felt like a complete whitewash for me.
I was hoping it was going to be a week of inspiration, motivation and get up and go, however last Saturday LB woke up with a temperature
and its gone downhill since.
He has flu, an ear infection and possible tonsillitis and we have spent the whole week on the sofa having cuddles.
I have had to cancel some work, have managed nothing around the house and its been a little all over the shop to be honest!

Anyway heres what I’ve loved this week
My Passion Planner, Cuddles and Cartoons.

Read

I have tried to read my book while LB has rested but he just keeps taking it off me.  I haven’t been allowed to do anything except cuddle.
Any excuse hey!

I have however managed to read through the beginning of my Passion Planner, while he napped on me.
A surprise gift from a friend who knew i needed a kick up the butt to get some Plans and Goals underway.

Watched

Cartoons, Cartoons and more Cartoons.
Planes and Planes 2 on repeat, however i did manage to get the film Home in for the first time and Alice in Wonderland, which he was surprisingly glued to, before falling asleep on me.
I actually loved Home, especially with Sheldon from Big Bang Theory’s voice.  My little sister came to stay and chuckled her way through it, apparently she saw it at the cinema but dad had fallen asleep-Ha!

Heard

I did manage to get back to teaching with only a few postponed classes due to doctors appointments.  It was lovely to hear everyone excited about our upcoming show and the themes they were giving.
We are doing 4 quarters…
Alice in Wonderland, Toy Story, Wizard of Oz and Peter Pan.
Its going to be a crazy few months, but although mad its my favourite time of the year.

Wore

PJs and Joggers.
LB hasn’t wanted me to leave his side, especially the first part of the week.  He would hold onto my top every time i needed to use the bathroom, crying and begging me not to go.
It really is horrible seeing your child poorly
and feeling like theres nothing you can do to take it away.

Made

Absolutely nothing I’m afraid unless I can count making my little boy happy by staying with him and snuggling.

And Lastly

He seems to be on the mend a little today.
The antibiotics are obviously kicking in and the appetite is coming back slowly.  I am hoping that we can have a quiet weekend to recoup (I don’t know about him but I’m exhausted) and he can fight it all off so we can start next week healthy and raring to go.

Hope you’ve all had a great week x

Hope Little B is ok now and you’re all back into your usual Monday routine. I really wanted to see Home, we didn’t get around to it. I may have to google a Passion Planner, looks great. Sounds like you’ve got a busy season ahead, sounds exciting too xxx

The watching Planes made me giggle, around this time last year my little boy was obsessed with it and would watch it on repeat. As soon as it finished he would ask for it to be on again, good job I liked the film. xx

So sorry to hear little one has not been well. It’s hard to get anything done when they need you and your cuddles. Sometimes it’s nice to be forced to sit down and take a step back. Hope all is well now. Happy New Year! #litteloves
