This week has been a little bit of a shock to the system,
throwing myself straight back into Panto Rehearsals (yes you heard me right) last Sunday
and then preschool and teaching from Monday.
I know its been a bit of a tough week for all those parents sending the children to preschool and school for the first time and I really don’t know how I’m going to cope with it all when Little B starts-though from the other side I know how much they get from being there and how well they develop in that environment!
Its been lovely to meet all of our newbies this week!
Read
I’ve really been cracking on with ‘To kill a Mockingbird’ this week (finally i hear you shout), reading at least a chapter a night!! I have actually got into it a bit more!
Looking forward to getting through it and starting another one to be honest though.
Its been dragging out a bit!!
Also got a few articles read from a magazine while Little B played in the park!
I’ve signed myself up for a course with regard to owning a dance studio
so this week I have been sitting square eyed watching a lot of online videos,
focussing on pushing me and my business in the right direction!
Heard
Radio Ones Song of the day at the beginning of the week.
Locked Away – R. City ft. Adam Levine
I was boogieing away in the car, It made me feel all summery again!
We’ve had a real mixture of weather this week,
meaning we have gone between jumpers and boots followed by shorts and t-shirt!
I’m enjoying the last bit of sun for sure but also liking getting layered up ready for autumn!
I really don’t mind cold, I just like blue sky!
Rainy sucks but most other weathers are fine by me!
Made
On Thursday B was at home for lunch so I threw together a rather Mediterranean lunch and it was so tasty!
I also made a recipe from a Riverford leaflet that came with our food this week!
Beef escalope milanese a la napolitana and homemade fries
(Beef escalope in breadcrumps, covered in ham, tomato pasta sauce and mozzarella)
Scrummy (though I accidentally forgot to do the breadcrumbs bit)!!!!!
As we all know, this week it’s been back to school!
It’s been a bit of a wake up call for everyone I think and I’ve been feeling a little fragile the latter part of the week!
It’s been great to get back to work and into a routine but have been missing my little man each day!
So onto the weekend we go.
Back to my old dance school for classes for me-nervous and excited!
Sister in Law and kids over and to the fair tomorrow.
A Ball tomorrow night with friends and then panto rehearsals sunday!
Think i might be pooped by Monday but will have had a blast!
As every Friday I am linking up with the lovely bloggers and Morgana for our Little Loves
and I promise I’ll get round to reading a few more this week!
x
What a busy week!

Wow what a busy week – I think I’m tired just reading about it. But you obviously really enjoy it all and that’s a lovely position to be in!

I was reading that magazine yesterday. I found that article a bit weird, on the one hand she was saying it was no surprise that musicians cheat on their wifes then how because she has more to her than just looking good it would never happen to her! x
